Staff were amazing and outstanding!
Hotel was so incredibly beautiful and absolutely fabulous. They gave me small double room with a travel cot and great view, for example. Booked the property for its brilliant and awesome location near the restaurant, the gardens and square, and the pier, shops and lanes. Again, the hotel was set relatively close to West Pier. I greatly enjoyed attached restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and the view from my room was magnificent. The hotel is located in a lovely square of Georgian-style houses with a view of the sea. The room itself was wonderful, with a comfy bed and a spectacular view. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and the facilities were great. I especially appreciated the fact that there was parking available, as it made it very convenient for me to explore the city. this hotel is in a quieter area and provides a relaxing and pleasant experience.
No complaints. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

My recent stay at Artist Residence in Brighton was an absolute delight. The hotel's design and location were lovely, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The view from my sea-view room on the top floor was breathtaking, and the restaurant offered a delicious menu with great cocktails and wine. It truly felt like a home away from home. Despite the room being a bit warm, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect night away.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated on a pretty square away from the noise of the main road. It's just a 2-minute walk to the promenade, perfect for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The room on the 4th floor had a small bathroom needing attention.

had a decent stay with friendly staff. The location was convenient with good access to nearby attractions. The complementary drink vouchers and availability of minibar were nice touches which we enjoyed.
The room we were assigned had a damp smell, the furniture was worn out and the lighting was hardly bright enough to see by. We were also disappointed there was no complimentary water, considering the price point.

The room had lovely little details, like quirky wallpaper and a radio playing. The view of the sea was stunning and the room was surprisingly quiet. The location was perfect, being easily accessible to everything in the city center.
The bathroom was in need of some TLC and had poor drainage, causing a smell of urine. The TV was too small and the price was too high for what was offered.
